Working with me will give you the opportunity to gain awareness, identifying what is important for you and what direction you want to go.

Living abroad, away from all that is comfortable and familiar, can generate anxiety, guilt and indecision and  stopping you from living a fulfilling life in your new country.

During our sessions you will be able to share your experience in a safe and confidential environment.

I have years of experience working with migrants and expat and having been a migrant myself for over 30 years I can deeply understand most of what you are going through.

I believe in the importance of developing a relationship of trust and respect with my clients and I am committed to being non judgmental and honest at all times.

I bring my personal and professional experience to my practice and I understand the importance of providing specific support for expat.

My approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a therapeutic model that aims to create a rich and fulfilling life, despite the pain and difficulties that we will inevitably experience living it.

 

To make sure that my way of working suits your needs, I recommend a brief initial chat (15 minutes) on Skype or on the phone. If you are new to counselling you may have questions or need some clarifications.
